INTRODUCTION TO LESSONS
The following lessons consist of 10 foundational Bible study topics. They were designed to be taught to new believers by a mentor, so the format differs somewhat from the other material on the site.
In a one-on-one setting, the disciple would be required to familiarize themselves with the verses. This method helped teach the students their way around the Bible and encouraged them to explore on their own.
The Scriptures state, “The entrance of thy words giveth light…” (Psalm 119:130). In the final analysis, the explanations given by the teacher are only supplementary rather than the essential part. Therefore, I would strongly encourage those who study the lessons on their own to take the time to look up every scripture reference.
“Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word” (Psalm 119:169).
